Fern Leaf Bag

This bag features a cyanotype print, done by McKaila Hope Designs (IG: mc_kailahopedesigns , FB: McKaila Hope Designs).  

The front of the bag features a cyanotype print of fern leaves. See below for care instructions. 

The back of the bag has a small pocket and a white daisy embellishment. 

Bag measures approximately 8.5 in. by 9 in. 

This bag has one shoulder strap, and functions as a cross-body bag. May be tied to different lengths. Strap is attached with clips, and can be removed if desired. 

The inside is lined with a NS tartan. 

Care instructions provided by McKaila Hope Designs: Keep washing to a minimum if possible. Hand-wash only. Turn item inside out & do not use any soap or detergent containing phosphates, bleach, or sodium. Air dry or tumble alone on low heat. Do not dry in direct sunlight. Over-washing may cause the print to fade. If fading occurs over time, washing the print in a dilute bath of hydrogen peroxide can usually restore it to its original intensity. 

Cyanotype prints are archival and permanent. However, yellowing may occur if prints are exposed to phosphates or alkaline environments so, cyanotype fabrics must be laundered in cold water using non-phosphate detergents. Use care while handling cyanotype prints, as sweat and hand oils may also cause discoloration.
