Sandy Brown - Denim Creations

 My name is Sandy Brown. I began Kind Considerations Specialty Gifts in 1993. I started out making personalized gift baskets, and in 1995 I started making "Denim Dream Quilts" from recycled jeans. Creating one-of-a-kind quilts, bags, pillows and more from jeans and denim became my passion. In 2008 I added "Potted Pants" to my collection; planters made with baby jeans!

To date, I have made 123 Denim Dream Quilts, hundreds of Potted Pants, and a countless number of other denim gifts. 

I love to give back whenever possible. I've donated several quilts and other items to local charities and fundraising events over the years. 

I have worked with so many wonderful customers over the years. There is a story behind every quilt and many of my special orders. 

Custom orders are my specialty. I love making someone's vision a reality.

Casey Brown - Bath & Body Products

My name is Casey, and I'm a 25 year old Dalhousie Psychology student. I run all our social media accounts, as well as the Etsy Shop and our website. When Covid-19 started, I began focusing back on myself and what I wanted to do with my life. 

Growing up I struggled with mental health, and in recent years started working on taking better care of myself. I learned alot about the importance of self care, even if it's just taking a bath or using a nice lotion in your favourite scent. 

In the beginning of 2021, I started making bath products just for myself, and realized how much I enjoyed it. I began sharing my creations with friends and family. After working on many recipes and finding what I wanted to keep making, I decided to attach my own collection to Kind Considerations. I now get to sell what I love to make, and be a part of other's self-care journey.

Sasha is our 5 year-old rabbit. She is featured in some of our photoshoots, and is our own little mascot.
