Policies

Here at Kind Considerations, we strive to be as eco-friendly as possible, while still maintaining the safety and integrity of our products. We use as much recycled material as possible in our shipping practices, including boxes, packing paper, bio-peanuts, and more. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our packaging and shipping to limit our use of plastics and use recycled or reusable options for our customers.

 

All products are made by hand, in small batches. Due to this process, not all products will look the same. Colour may vary slightly from pictures.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

What is our shipping policy?

  • Domestic: All domestic orders ship Expedited with Canada Post (with the exception of our lip balms, which ship Lettermail unless bought with other items). Expedited parcels provide a tracking number to customers, so you are able to see where your order is at all times. Upgraded shipping is also available at checkout. 
  • USA & International: All orders outside of Canada ship with tracking, regardless of items purchased. We ship with tracking to ensure security of our parcels and to confirm delivery. 

What are our delivery times?

We ship our orders out as soon as we can. Custom and made-to-order items will take longer to ship. 

  • Domestic: Shipping within Canada take 3-10 business days, depending on customer's location and choice of Expedited or upgraded shipping. Once an order leaves our possession, we are not responsible for delays during shipping. 
  • USA & International: Shipping outside of Canada can take a month or more, depending on shipping option chosen. Tracked Packet generally takes 1-2 weeks, depending on customer's location. Once an order leaves our possession, we are not responsible for delays during shipping. 

 Customs & Duties?

Kind Considerations is not responsible for Customs or Duties applied at border to an order. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any charges. We accurately provide declarations on all shipments to minimize likelihood of a charge, but cannot guarantee a charge will not be applied. 

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes, we offer custom orders when we can! If you would like to custom order an item, or are inquiring about a custom quilt, please reach out to us via our contact form, and we will get back to you as soon as possible! 

Do you offer wholesale?

We are currently working on adding more information for wholesale opportunities! If you are looking for more information or would like to make a wholesale order, please reach out with our contact form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

We have a 7-day return policy on a select number of items. All bath & body products are excluded from our return policy due to their nature. Please see full policies for details.
